Location: 11181 Willow Valley Road, Nevada City, CA 95959 (The Temple Yurt and all other structures on the property)

This Liability Waiver and Release Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the undersigned participant ("Participant") and Tylin Senvardarli (Senrentco,LLC) Willow & Rock, The Temple (yurt), and the property owner(s) (collectively referred to as the "Facilitator Parties"), for the purpose of attending and participating in medicine work, sound healing sessions, and any related activities ("Activities") conducted at the property.

1. Assumption of Risk

Participant acknowledges and agrees that participation in the Activities involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to physical, emotional, or psychological effects from breathing techniques, movement, meditation, and related practices. Participant further acknowledges that Activities will take place in a natural outdoor environment, which may include uneven terrain, trees, water features, wildlife, and other potential hazards. Participant voluntarily assumes all risks, known or unknown, associated with participation in the Activities and entry onto the property, including risks associated with wild or domestic animals.

2. Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate, Participant hereby releases, waives, and forever discharges the Facilitator Parties, including Senrentco, LLC and its instructors, facilitators, agents, and volunteers; The Temple (yurt) as the event location; Willow & Rock; and the property owner(s), tenants, family members, guests, and agents of the Premises from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action for injury, illness, damage, or loss of any kind arising out of or in connection with participation in the Activities or presence on the property, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

3. Covenant Not to Sue

Participant agrees not to institute any legal proceedings or lawsuits against any of the Facilitator Parties in connection with matters released in this Agreement.

4. Medical Disclaimer: Medical Conditions, Mental Health, and High-Risk Participation

Participant understands that the Activities are not a substitute for medical or psychological care. The Facilitator Parties are not licensed medical providers, and the techniques shared during the Activities are for educational and personal development purposes only. Participant agrees to consult with a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical or psychological conditions before participating.

Participant acknowledges that altered states can produce intense physical, emotional, and psychological responses. Certain medical or mental health conditions may increase the risks associated with these practices, including but not limited to: cardiovascular disease, heart conditions, high or low blood pressure, history of stroke or seizures, respiratory disorders, pregnancy, recent surgery, severe anxiety or panic disorders, PTSD, dissociation, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and other mental health conditions which may be impacted by deep breathing techniques. Participant understands and agrees that it is their full responsibility to consult with a qualified healthcare or mental health professional prior to participating in the Activities. By participating, Participant confirms that they have taken appropriate steps to ensure their own safety and are choosing to engage voluntarily. Participant knowingly and voluntarily assumes all risks related to participation, including the risk of physical symptoms, emotional distress, panic responses, psychological events, or the triggering or exacerbation of any pre-existing medical or mental health conditions. Participant agrees to release and hold harmless the Facilitator Parties from any injury, psychological episode, or medical event arising from participation.

5. Property Conditions and Non-Affiliation of Property Owner

Participant acknowledges that the property is in its natural state and that there may be risks associated with outdoor terrain, environmental conditions, and structures. Participant agrees to exercise caution and adhere to any instructions regarding the use of the property and facilities.

Participant further acknowledges that the property owner(s) are not affiliated with Senrento, LLC and bear no responsibility for the conduct of the Activities. The property owner’s role is limited solely to permitting access to the property.

6. Representations and Warranties

By signing this Agreement, Participant affirms that they are in good physical and mental health and do not have any condition that would prevent safe participation in the Activities. Participant agrees to immediately inform a facilitator if they feel unwell or unsafe during the Activities and agrees to follow all instructions provided. Participant assumes full responsibility for their own safety and well-being.

7. Indemnification

Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Facilitator Parties from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from participation in the Activities or presence on the property.

8. Photo/Video Release

Participant understands and agrees that photos, video recordings, and/or audio recordings may be taken during the Activities. Participant grants the Facilitator Parties full permission to capture, use, reproduce, and distribute their image, voice, and likeness in any media (including social media, promotional materials, and websites) without compensation. All rights, title, and interest to such media will belong exclusively to the Facilitator Parties. No photography or videography or phone usage is allowed by any form while inside the temple space.

9. Food & Allergy Disclaimer

Participant understands that snacks, beverages, or refreshments may be offered before or after the Activities. Participant acknowledges that it is their sole responsibility to determine whether to consume any food or drink provided and to inquire about ingredients if they have allergies or dietary restrictions. Participant assumes all risks related to consumption and releases the Facilitator Parties from any liability for allergic reactions, illness, or other adverse effects arising from the consumption of food or beverages.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

11. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By signing below, Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Liability Waiver and Release Agreement. Participant understands that this Agreement is binding, that they are giving up substantial legal rights by signing it, and that the waiver remains valid for one (1) year from the date of signing.
